Here's the next S3 proto tune! The original Ice Cap 2 wasn't actually very different from the Act 1 version, so I made sure to differentiate my two versions a bit in more than just instrumentation. I doubled down on the more tense feel that Act 2 brings, and I think it really nicely contrasts against my Act 1!

The goal of this remixing project was to make the beta tracks sound a lot more finished than they were in the beta. To be fair to the originals, they were in a beta state however I still wanted to tackle these tracks anyway since they're full on bops! :P

For all of the S3 proto remixes, I used VOPM and SN-EMU whilst keeping strictly to the Mega Drive's limits (for compatibility's sake).
