I Wanna Be With You

My Dad is one of the reasons I began playing guitar. He came to visit me a few years ago and wrote a song whilst here. On his return visit this year, we had a crack at recording vocals and guitar. Since then, I've been tinkering and so far this is the product. I hope to add more to it in the future.

After not having much time to work on my music, I was actually struck with unemployment. It actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise musically for me. After not writing anything for nearly a year, I churned out 5 songs in a matter of weeks. This was my favourite of the lot, and this was recorded in October of this year. 

Takes One To Know One

Probably the best song I have written, in my opinion. I love how the chorus overlaps, plus the throat infection I had at the time added a 'gravliness' to the vocals, that I think worked really well. Recorded in 2008.
