Willy Da Funky Kid is a 29-year-old rapper from Copenhagen. He has been making music for almost 5 years, but music, and especially rap, has been with him all his life.

Since Willy discovered rap in elementary school, the genre became a great source of inspiration in his life. Major American artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Logic, and J. Cole, has had great effect on Willy.
Their well-written lyrics with rhythmic flows - about both good and bad, made Willy fall in love with everything about HipHop. It was everything from the style of clothing, the jargon, the graffiti to, of course, the music itself.

Willy is gradually becoming an established rap artist himself. He has released 3 projects as well as a number of singles, all of which have been well received. In music, his positive nature is often expressed in the form of "keep your head up"-type lyrics along with motivational bars. Willy has teamed up with multiple rappers across the globe. Among those are Jerome The Prince, TJ Hickey and several other rappers.

Willy is heavily influenced by old-school boom bap, but also partly by the newer 808-driven style. Willy is active on all platforms, and has music videos on YouTube.
