LEKSTUND, [ˈlɛkˌstɵnd], is a father-son project: N (12) and T (44). It's also a Swedish word that can be translated as 'playtime'. Since around 2016, we've been creating musical pieces through free improvisation. We converge from different directions. T (44) as a remaining autodidact and N (12) with innate talent and continuously growing skills. We find what we weren't looking for, always searching for surprises. Occasionally, we compile a selection of our 'playing sessions.' In recent years, this has resulted in the sonic journeys "ALBUM 0" and "INSTRUMENTAL" (both from material 2017 – 2018), "WHAT IS THIS ??" (material from 2017 – 2019), and "LEKSTUND. no 4" (material from 2020). After four years, it's now time for a new LEKSTUND compilation in which we have further developed, both individually and particularly in our collaborative play. “ALBUM no.5.” consists of 23 pieces from the years 2022 to 2024 and it takes ≈ 6.6 kilometers to walk at a walking speed of ≈ 6,49 km/h.
