I have been playing around with turntables and vinyl for 16 years and producing for 7 well learning you know what i mean.

I can scratch and beat juggle with vinyl if your asking Vinyl or cds?
Well its got to be vinyl all the way tend to use serato sl3 as its 24bit wave gives me hard hitting tunes at high quality.
To get to where i am in music I have traveled through pretty much all of the dance genres.


I have played a part in putting approx 40 raves with jellyhead collective also jbl sounds in forests reason for this being that you tend not to get drunks who want to fight everybody and end up with a good crowd of people who have traveled to get the GOOD VIBES.

I am a member of UKURBANCULTURE who specialize in putting on urban events where there's always a lot going on from scratch battles to b boys to live graffiti etc check em out at link below

'Unsound' from Mission of Burma
Out 7/10 (US) 7/9 (UK) on Fire Records.

From the outset, ‘Unsound’ was not going to be like any other Mission of Burma
album. As expected, the material is raw, primal and aggressive. They still have a
signature knack for twisting even the most ferocious noise into complex structures.
There are, of course, those killer hooks scattered throughout, but just not quite
where you would expect. Yet with all three lead members resolutely making the
decision to deliberately stretch their boundaries even further, they stepped out of
their comfort zone to create their most rewarding, bewildering and multifaceted
long-player yet. With a new label home, ‘Unsound’ will be released on Fire Records
in July.

‘Unsound’ is Mission of Burma’s fth studio album, continuing their remarkable
legacy. It seems redundant now to even call it a comeback because they’re a
dynamic, current band. Originally together just four years, from 1979-83, Mission of
Burma reformed in 2002 for a handful of shows…which let to more concerts, then
more, and eventually the release of 2004's "ONo ON", their rst new recording in
over twenty years. But no one expected them to just keep putting out records, let
alone records that were every bit as vital and in uential as their seminal early
recordings. Their rst album ‘Vs’ is down in the annals of time as being one of the
most important post-punk records ever. Their subsequent recordings: "ONo ON",
"The Obliterati", "The Sound, The Speed, The Light", and now, "Unsound", continue
to grow in scope, depth and accomplishment with every step.

On "Unsound" we see Mission of Burma messing with their comfort zone by
recording in their Boston rehearsal space which doubles as a recording studio:
Analog Divide. As usual, Roger Miller (guitar, vocals), Clint Conley (bass, vocals) and
Peter Prescott (drums, vocals) share the songwriting credits with their distinct
styles. All of them tried their hand at other instruments and sounds, allowing them
to take risks with their creativity and giving them a more uid line-up. Of course,
regular fourth member Bob Weston (of Shellac) was on hand to provide the tape
loops and production duties.

As part of the manifesto to stretch musical boundaries, Roger wrote two of his
songs (“Opener” and “ADD in Unison”) on the bass rather than guitar. Another
("Dust Devil") was based on an acoustic guitar improvisation. Both Clint and Peter
also tweaked their writing just enough to make them feel it was actually
worthwhile making another record. They also decided to use trumpet on the
record, so Bob pulled out his trumpet playing skills to oblige. Peter Prescott
describes the experience: “We are a four headed hydra trying to create unity
without canceling or censoring each head. So we juggle melody, groove, noise,
depression, disruption, ecstasy… tension, release. I guess it’s thrilling for us to walk
that musical tightrope.”

Clint Conley describes being in the studio: “There were certain technological
advances, as well, that might have been unthinkable just a few short years ago, in
a distant time and century. During the mix at Woolly Mammoth, Peter occasionally
opted for a virtual presence. From time to time a hologram of his head would
appear, hovering in a darkened corner, issuing directives and encouragement. Not
to say there weren't occasional glitches in the system. For a few days the hologram
seemed locked in a mystifying loop, calling for more cymbals, regardless of
whether the band were working on a mix or ordering Vietnamese food.”

The results are spectacularly successful. With ‘Unsound’, Mission of Burma has
achieved its goal of making something utterly unique and stretching the realms of
musical possibility. Mission of Burma's curiosity and creativity remain
undiminished. The graph just keeps rising…the boundaries breaking…and the
ears ringing. Long may it continue.

Mauri's passion:
Mauri's passion for music had begun when he was a child. Mauri has played a number of different instruments such as the guitar, piano, drums, bugle and the charango (instrument from Bolivia), but the main instrument that he ended up specialising in was the violin. He has performed in front of big crowds being part of orchestras, a live mass band, as part of a duet when he was young and also participated in musical competitions where he had won 1st prize and 2nd prize for the violin and piano. Ever since the age of 19 Mauri wanted to take his love of music to the next level and after playing at several house parties he was spotted and offered a 2 hour spot at a nightclub in London in the West End.
 
From then his DJ work began and as well as trying to juggle a number of other responsibilities he has managed to DJ at many venues across several cities/towns including Plymouth, London, Tavistock, Exeter, Brighton, Southampton & Bournemouth. DJ Mauri has DJ'd at private functions, charity events, birthday parties, festivals and at nightclubs & bars as well as weekly nights from International Thursday at Firefly to Bailamos bi weekly at Voodoo Lounge. 
 
Radio presenter:
Mauri has contributed a lot to latin music and the latin dance scene in the south west, especially after launching and running a successful regular latin radio show called Viva Latina that was launced back in 2011 with a team of latin radio presenters playing the best mix of latin music from salsa, bachata, merengue and much more to online LIVE audiences every saturday from 3-5pm. This radio show ran for many months hitting high numbers of regular listeners.

Tim Andresen is the label owner of What Happens and Savoir Faire Musique. He is also the co-owner of Culture Box widely regarded Denmark’s leading electronic music venue. But what really brought him to the limelight was his consistent output of production and DJ sets.

Driven by the moments of inspiration, Tim follows his dreams through talent and hard work. He is a musician who enjoys all aspects of writing, production, engineering and arrangement of his own records. His portfolio of approximately 250 tracks and remixes features work for some of the most iconic record labels around and of course his own labels What Happens and Savoir Faire Musique. In the early days of his studio era, he also released as half part of Professional Losers, dubbed “the next big Danish housers” by iDJ Magazine after a string of successful vinyl releases on Southern Fried Records and personally being asked to remix by Norman Cook (the track entered at #1 on the UK Buzz Chart).

Tim’s DJ sets are rooted in house ranging from deep grooves through to lush sounds and dreamy soundscapes. He incorporates everything from techno to electronica to manifest his mood of sound, often adding new layers and sounds to create unique trips that are utterly intriguing. Tim’s talents have not gone unnoticed, and resulted in him landing the “Best DJ” award at Club Awards, and “Most Popular Nordic DJ” by Megamind.

From a background of playing and promoting highly successful club and warehouse parties in the nineties and early 00s, he gained an enviable following. Now established as an international artist, he has performed in more than 40 different countries in Europe, Asia, North America and South America. His exquisite taste and technical talent keeps him in demand across the underground club circuit. Since 2005, he has held an ongoing residency at Culture Box – described by Mixmag as “Copenhagen’s pioneering platform for cultivating electronic music”, and rated by Resident Advisor as “one of Europe’s best small clubs”. In 2007 he launched his own and now legendary What Happens residency. Denmark’s longest running monthly club night, and by many regarded one of Europe’s best club nights in progressive house, the events remained hugely popular upon clubbing’s return following the pandemic. Tim ‘s countless DJ sets have played a crucial role in helping to secure the club its unique position, achieving worldwide recognition and 6 awards for Best Danish Club.

The Night Bazaar in the UK wrote “Few DJs can claim to have had as much impact on their local club history as Copenhagen’s Tim Andresen”.  Ministry Of Sound, for whom he was a tour DJ and mixed a CD compilation during a time when record sales were still notable, referred to him  as “the busiest man in Danish house music” . Known for a decades-long career, his legacy reaches well beyond the boundaries of Scandinavia. Wearing his many hats, he continues to innovate and move things forward led by passion and intensity. His tireless work behind the curtains, including workshops with the team from Pioneer DJ, a mentorship for the Future Female Sounds organisation and guidance and help for the young generation, is something that for him remains equally important. A spirit of curiosity and open-mindedness is an integral part of his approach and Tim says his love for music, more than anything else, is what drives him and keeps him motivated

Some how i have aquired a soft spot for drum n bass that has been bread into me through londons squat raves! im am now trying to juggle house and drum n bass while honing my mixing skills!

	
It is not wrong to say that Dr Sakthivel Thamotharan is probably the only medical doctor in the country who is having a solo music album out. This Klang boy whose music is a mix genre of reggae and fusion, sings in English, Tamil and Malay.

It all started in the year 2001, after completing his Form Five when he sought after hip hop artiste Balan Kashmir of former KLG sqwad and Navin ‘D’Navigator’ Kumar, multiple AIM award-winning music producer. Then more into hip hop and rap, Dr Sakthi did a demo tape for the duo who were duly impressed enough to invite him to be a “hidden member” of KLG sqwad, performing alongside the guys at shows.

However, just a short year down the road in 2002, he was offered a chance to study medicine in Ukraine but with music being in his blood, Dr Sakthi was confident that he could juggle both studies and music. 

There he became further influenced by reggae music and thus took on stints as a part-time DJ to gain more visibility in the music scene,and went on to successfully become 1 of the biggest names in the city of Simferopol and the state of Crimea,Ukraine and and proudly Pioneering the birth of the local HipHop/Rap/Reggae/Urban music scene .In fact,he even travelled around Ukraine, joining forces and appearing on recordings with local russian bands and rap groups and in 2008 formed a five-member reggae band called Riddim Souljah's who took the local reggae scene by storm earning respects from Big Reggae names from Ukraine. He also became an emcee for RAGGA JUNGLE music, a sub-genre of DRUM & BASS and travelled around Ukraine performing in shows along side notable DRUM & BASS stars,1 of them being THE PANACEA from GERMANY. 

In between studies, Dr Sakthi returned to Malaysia and became a close ally of Malaysia’s reggae ambassador Sasi the Don who featured the former in his songs. Plus in 2007, he also got the honour of performing alongside Sasi, Dayang Nurfaizah and Gary at Genting’s Arena of Stars in conjunction with the Merdeka celebrations. 

In 2009 upon completion of his studies while balancing with his job as a Doctor, he dove headlong into the music scene and went on to do the Kondattam Remix with D’Navigator, 1-2 Remix with Balan Kashmir and 12 other Malaysian artistes in 2010. 
Tracks he’s been involved in include Amplify Remix by KLG sqwad and Sunset Stylin in 2007 which was in Sasi’s previous Album- Asian Dancehall Revolution.

More recently, he recorded Right Time Comes with Sasi in the latter’s latest album, Don’t Panic, It’s Just Music,which also features Reggae/Dancehall legends Dr Alban,Apache Indian,Maxi Priest and Local Malaysian Diva's Jaclyn Victor and Anita Sarawak-,collaborated with Tamil Rapper Psychomantra on the song Chiku Bukku Raile from the album Punithamaana Tulasi,plus he shared the stage with Reggae Artist Salam and local sensations Prema Yin and Reshmonu in the We are Music gig and even performed in London alongside Apache Indian.

In July 2011 Dr.Sakthi opened the stage and performed with Sasi The Don, at the "Don' Panic,Its Just Music" album Launch.Yet again sharing the stage with Big names-International Reggae Artist Apache Indian,Malaysian Music Scene frontliners Jaclyn Victor,Rabbit Mac & Shezzay of Psychounit,Balan Kashmir and Psychomantra.

Dr Sakthi’s first single is an official remix of Bob Marley’s track; a Tamil reggae version of No Woman, No Cry (PENNE KANNEER VIDATHE) which he wrote himself and produced by D’Navigator. 

Crediting his music influences as Poetic Ammo, Too Phat, Bob Marley, Sean Paul, Shaggy, Apache Indian, A.R. Rahman,Ilaiyaraaja, 5Nizza from Ukraine and Asa from Nigeria, Dr Sakthi says his music is a homage to these music greats.

Jake Walmsley is a British DJ, born in Derby, England. His primary focus on music revolves around various house genres. Aspiring to become a signed artist - Jake works very hard to juggle his passion around his full time job as a Structures Inspection Engineer. 

Music has been a huge part of Jake's life, Learning to DJ at just the age of 11 with his fathers old mixing decks hidden away in the garage. Jake quickly became well known around his school for his mixing of tracks.

At the age of 13 Jake discovered and downloaded the demo of the production software 'Fruity Loops Studio'. YouTube was launched 3 years after this event, video tutorials were not around at the time. Jake sat for hours and hours trying to piece together the complex puzzle that is Fruity Loops. 

Jake, once part of the YouTube duo 'Syncsta' who made the 13 million hit video "The Gay Barbie Song" created a huge following of over 86'000 subscribers on their YouTube page. Their page sadly closed down in 2010. Jake and Chris are still best friends and spend time with each other and went possibly, make a little music.

Jake's remixes and tracks have had over 300'000 downloads over the internet. You can find his releases on many house compilation albums/iTunes and various other websites. 

Music being his passion, signed or unsigned he will always have love for creating music and to all those who continue to follow him and support him, you are the main contribution to his music production. He is truly grateful.

Loy Klang is a Belgian DJ who has always been passionate about electronic music. 
He started playing quite young and after a number of gigs, he becomes at 17 year old resident DJ of a club nearby his place. He creates his own project “Chemikal Beatz” one year later. This project develops well enough to end up in a succession of gigs that took place in the famous Belgian club “The Silo”!
This alliance will last 2 years during which he will play with the biggest names of the hardtechno scene such as Felix Kröcher,Torsten Kanzler,Mario Ranieri,Sandy Warez,Manu Kenton, and many more… These collaborations definitely offered him the opportunity of getting great bookings in places like Cherry Moon,Lagoa,The Silo,The Cube,Jet Set,Club Basic, … to name a few of them.
It is during this ascension process that he has no choice but to stop his carreer for a while.
It is finally during the year 2011 that Loy Klang made his great comeback with a new label called "Chemikal Beatz Records" and released with the collaboration and the joined efforts of Mya-K, a young Belgian artist that the music scene will hear of for sure.
“Chemikal Beatz records” is the mirror of the pure Loy Klang style. 
Always concerned about matters of precision, perfection and details in his work, Loy Klang uses the newest technologies and supplies to juggle with “loops” and "amazing effects" on the stage, and he always complete his performance with some massive promos tracks to burn every dancefloor …
