Brought up around Austin Texas, MWS has become known for his bass-heavy singles including “Skyline,” “Galaxy,” and “Real Magic.” He is also known for incorporating heavily filtered vocals into his music. 


 Born Matthew Wayne Stone Jr, the title “MWS” originated from his real name, and also has a double meaning being “Mighty Wicked Sounds.” Some of Stones’ influences include but are not limited to Travis Scott, Harry Styles, TXT, Andy Mineo, KB, Reconcile, Pop Smoke, Lecrae, Future, Southside, and Lil Skies.


 MWS is growing up in a Christian home, surrounded by good friends and family. He says, “In order, God, Family, Music. Never ever backwards. Stone has been homeschooled for as long as he can remember, and has resided near Austin Texas since he was very young.
