Hello again… I’m ready to share my latest work titled:

“Mirror, Mirror”

This song explores the difference between self-perception and reality. It is inspired by the hook which is the notion that: “everybody’s got a reflection but you don’t always get what’s on display; some of y’all don’t reflect who you are today.” It is a song about self-discovery and authenticity…

In the writing… I chose to reflect on the universal struggle of reconciling your inner self with your outside appearance. 

The song is inspired by my own journey into my inner self and celebrates the complexity of who I am underneath the surface; I invite you to do the same.

I chose a melodic trap beat for the arrangement; it’s a genre I’ve used before but this one has an easy listening feel and that’s what I was going for.

"Never Alone"

This is a song that I recently wrote. It is inspired by my recent birthday and a it celebrates the past year...

This is an uplifting song that resonates faith and guidance from a higher power... I hoped to capture the essence of spiritual assurance and testify that: "he can meet every need in times of certainty and uncertainty, reminding us that we are never alone."

I drew inspiration from biblical texts declaring that: "I shall not want, when his love surrounds everything!" With those lyrics I wanted to convey a sense of peace and security.

Whether you are seeking solace in your spiritual journey or celebrating joy hold to his promise during life's trials... I hope you are inspired to reflect on the support you can find in faith; just as I have...
