Josh (Lead singer/Rythm guitar) taught each of his band members how to play their instruments so that he could have a band to play with. Sam (Drums) plays in every single band in Wellington, in fact you are probably already in a band with Sam, you just haven't figured it out yet. Jason (Lead Guitar) is usually awarded the New Zealand songwriting award (APRA Silver Scroll) every year by default, and then he declines it and hands it on to the next guy. Cory plays bass. Helmet Head were scheduled to open for Green Day last time they were in New Zealand but once Green Day listened to them play, they stated "We couldn't possibly follow up to their excellent skills" and then cancelled the tour, sold all of their instruments and took up careers in real estate. You can get a really good price on the Boulevard of Broken Dreams now. Apparently.
