medical aberrations of suture, screw, glue, and stitch
to find the final solution requires a novel approach
collateral damage is expected, it’s just the price of hope

engineered obsolescence thermodynamically decays us
achieve immortality through surgery, as soon as we can transplant a head

a casualty of causality causing recreational cruelty
employing thelemic conjurings to curve the laws of reality
there is no substance without extreme brutality
to birth a god you must first accept damnation

infused with blood of desmodus, sanguivorous delight
some limbs of canis lupis, wings of diaemus give him flight
selecting assassin attributes and sewing them into place

If Elvis was still alive, he’d be approaching the century mark.
He’d be a tired old hound dog - would he still be able to bark.
If he put on a pair of blue sued shoes and he tried to shake his hips.
And he strummed his guitar on a street corner would people give him any tips.

There’s day’s when you feel like you’re trapped in a routine 
And you’re going through the motions and you want to start fresh and clean.

Somewhere between 1968 and 1977 Elvis took a detour and he ended up in Heaven.
It’s  nice to imagine that maybe he was sick of sick and tired of all that fame.
And one day he just decided to retire from playng the game.

If he sang that song love me tender would it till make the young women swoon.
Or would they stare at him with curiosity like at the zoo when  you see a baboon.
If he put on the  black leather costume that he wore in 1968 
And he played the same set list would people still think he was so great?

Crown Of Thorns

A non-singer songwriter! Writing a series of songs (Double Album) about western philosophy and philosophers while trying to keep them rockin'. These song explore western philosophy inspire by Nigel Warburton's Book "A Little History of Philosophy" and I started writing them to aid my poor muddle memory.

Picked up the Electric Guitar during lockdown after 20 years and haven't looked back - why did I put it away!

Looking at recruiting a proper singer and other band members to make live music once again.

Writing music and playing guitars (inc bass) keeping me sane in a mad world!

Main influence is 70s Rock, but into blues, soul, funk and jazz. I also play the spanish guitar classical guitar and dabble with the ukelele!
