Known to his friends as Billy, Missedcalls is a bedroom producer, recording artist and vocalist from Sussex. Creating an experimental blend of electronic dance and pop music. Driven by innovation, Billy founded In A Box Records which he describes as a “forward thinking production company, music publisher, record label & blog, that looks to provide resources & support to independent artists”. 

Still in the early stages of his career, Missedcalls is currently working to establish his industry connections and discover his sonic identity. Now with a collection of honest and exciting songs, recorded and scheduled for 2020. The time for hiding in the shadows is almost over. The soul searching has not stopped this young producer from developing material with other artists such as Freddie Long, Clara Hurtado and Pleasure Trap however, in addition to songs published by Warner/Chapell and Brighton’s LIFT Music/Boost Publishing. 

These endeavours have landed successful synch placements on major TV channels such as BT Sport & BBC1. As well as creating music, Billy contributes regularly to the In A Box Records blog, curating a number of new music playlists.
