Industrial revolutions have always been shaped by the powerful; now that we are at the cusp of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, how do we ensure that the voices of ordinary citizens are included?  After Brexit, WEF Global Shapemaker Alvin Carpio  decided to create a space for those voices to be heard.  

As CEO of The Fourth Group, and working with partners like Paula Berman, Director of Partnerships of of Democracy Earth Foundation, Alvin is creating more opportunities for including citizen participation in policy making that contemplates the technology-related problems that we face.
