
Lucky is a singer and song writer born in July, 4th.

He is based in Kampala Uganda. He has been in the music industry since 2004 when he used to write songs for church choirs, training them and giving advice to the young artists.In his career, Lucky has shared a lot with different artists and has worked with many producers in the country.

Born in Mbarara, raised in Fort Portal and grown in Kampala, Lucky O’brien was inspired and became a musician through songs he used to listen to while at home, church and at school at his early age of 8. While in school, he could write songs for other artists and church choirs. He recorded his first song with Fresh Vibez Music studio in 2014 and since then, he has acquired skills to detect errors while recording, playing tracks and directing upcoming artists.

He loves music of all kind. He combines Zouk with RnB and Ragga at ago in English, Jamaican Patois, Espanol, Luganda, Lunyankole,Rutooro and Rukiga among others. He is a gentle loving young star with a Bachelors Deg (2nd Upper) in Development Studies doing music alonside civil service work and he is currently working with Food Rights Alliance.

Lucky has met many artists especially gospel artists. He has met with Kusasira Catherine of Eagles Production, Sseku Martin- the Gospel Dance hall artist, Pastor Wilson Bugembe, Maro among others, while at Namungoona Parents Sec. School in Kampala. Lucky has molded a strong musical liaison with Fresh Vibez Music who by far has learned his style of music that combines all genres with the help of Lex producer that had been working with the Boogie Empire before joining Fresh Vibes with Morris Kyzzo.

He has not been so much into music because of the job he has, and he has mostly been writing songs and instructing the choirs he writes for. He loves writing songs for those artists who can manage to bring out what he needs and what he meant in a certain song. He is a mentor in simple terms.

He is currently doing three of his songs named, Isabella, Ssuubi lyange, Aliba ani among others.

Lucky has written many and many songs for several ragga, reggae, hip hop, rnb, kadongo kamu artists. Lucky believes that of the many songs he has written and recorded with Fresh Vibes, with his adaptability, there is need to keep directing other artists even when he finds them in studio to come up with good music, because music is food to all souls. He has interchangeable managed to train himself to sing like Morris Kirya,Lucky Dube, King Saha, Radio, Omulangira Ssuuna, Jose Chameleon, Wilson Bugembe, Sseku Martin among others to perfect his voice with an aim of combining all styles into a new creative style in music.
