Any artist is welcome to send us a track via freshonthenet.co.uk anytime between Monday lunchtime and Thursday morning (or when we receive 200 submissions, whichever is sooner) - and all our moderators, including Tom Robinson, will listen to every track. If a track you submitted does not appear in this list, it’s probably because another of your tracks appeared in our Fresh Faves or on the BBC Music Introducing Mixtape during the last three months — we ask that artists featured on either wait three months before resubmitting to give others a chance. We also don’t accept short previews or SoundCloud Go tracks that can only be heard as 30 second previews, and tracks made private after submission, which will be invisible to everyone. You will be able to resubmit the track in future. Tracks that have been previously submitted and tracks from banned artists will also be removed.

This is the age of 'make do' in music, we've seen The White Stripes and The Black Keys doing without a bassist, Royal Blood without a guitarist and Ed Sheeran without a band! Well if you think you've seen it all, wait until you see The Kiddiwinks replacing drums with a midi keyboard, not a drum machine, a keyboard. Live finger drumming are key in this formula.

The game is all about making aggressive Rock guitar riffs sit perfectly on electronic beats with RnB and Pop vocals on top.
But it wasn't always like this.
The Kiddiwinks started as a rock band from the initial collaboration of Seph and Fab with major influences from The Beatles, Oasis, Arctic Monkeys and Cage The Elephant. The line-up extended to a power trio with Alex joining on drums and the resulting work is their debut album Blackhorse Lane which is plain garage / indie rock. Harry joined on bass around April 2019 and Alex left in June of the same year and that's when the band shifted to the current new formula.
