Silence After You Leave (Live Version)

This a collaboration with composer Kevin Lyons - it's about those little trips into the void that each one of us takes every night - It's very dreamy and sometimes spooky and has a surprise at the very end while you're being lulled to sleep by a mellow piano. Kevin sang and played all instruments, I wrote the lyrics and produced the video. The video is very eerie and creepy but it seems to work. It's on Youtube for all you insomniacs out there that can't SLEEP!

This song is dedicated to my first high school music teacher and where I more or less learned to play the flute and I dedicate it to him in memory of so many years of teaching! It's a very simple song but for me it's a tribute to all the years that have passed and it was a golden era! To tell the truth, he was the one who introduced me to music! The instruments used for this song are as follows! Minimoog synthesizer and sorpano flute! and the percussion came from EMULATOR III, which was quite difficult to program but gave good results!
