This song is the accumulation of the upset that I felt for a period of the winter of 2017 - 2018, where the notes in my phone held the only outlet for those feelings. Those close to me will probably know what and whom this song is about, which is why it'll be private until I release this EP. However, I want people listening to understand that despite the emotion in the voice, the point of view this is written from is fundamentally flawed: this song exhibits a state of mind that refuses acceptance and moving on, when that is the logical and right thing to do. Writing songs and yelling into a microphone alongside music isn't going to change things. I was just wrong; they didn't feel how I thought they did and it is nobody's fault but mine, and anyone that makes them happy shouldn't be the target of spite. I just wanna say here that even though the sounds are nice, you can't use toxic lyrics as a justification or a model for how to live. Dwelling on things is good for nothing but nice sounds.
