I am finally properly embracing the more experimental noise and industrial genres that have inspired me for years now but I never felt proper to tackle myself. But realizing that there are no conventions or rules I have to follow while fucking around with sound to my heart's content and just going for it, was the most fun I ever had creating anything auditory.

Lavender Cockroach: Uneasy Listening is a grainy album of personal exploration and the result of ignoring all self-doubts and imaginary consequences. Often loud and cathartic, at points low-brow and tongue-in-cheek, and sprinkled with a few atmospheric hints of the casiotone of previous cml. releases.

A celebration of the spirit of DIY music and its community, to the fact that you don't necessarily need theoretical knowledge to simply create, and to creating something new with old resources.

Compiled Fields incorporates the use of field recordings, processed and unprocessed, blended with music and various instrumentation collected from the last 6 years with iPhones and handheld recorders. 

By using warped sounds from a handful of different environments. The composition aims to create a new/ surreal ‘field’ from recorded memories and the liberal use of audio effects.
