Hopeful, a diner by himself a boozer on the shelf.

Dilute, imprisoned systematically, forever old and caustically.

Never can you listen as rain water glistens
Hoping for an execution stay.

Making mistakes but reforming their way as they list ‘felon’ on a resume’

Hoping for umbrellas while rain falls harder as one more you have to save.

Initially this track was written more than 6 months ago as an exercise to complete a song no longer than 60 seconds. When it was finished,I had a notion of fleshing it out for another minute or so, to continue the story and perhaps bring a conclusion.

Amanda very kindly stepped up to sing in the second half of the song,even though life was attempting to get in the way of plans! Much obliged Amanda,without your input the song would have stayed at 60 seconds.

Time and memorys are strange things ..sometimes a moment or idea is there and then lost in a flash ..
Seems like we are also living in strange and uncertain times in a world 
where governments and so called leaders have failed us and no one can
be trusted ,a world where your data and identity can be sold and put under the hammer..maybe its time to stand up and leave the stage as we didnt ask for this to happen it just did

This is a song i wrote for the climate and its kind of a call and spiritual reminder for the global community to try and bring something together for a while again..
Just remember we all have it with-in our-selfs to try and help and heal others and be aware of our place on this planet that we all have to share and live on.
Unfortunately because of corporate and money making interests and influences its easy to forget what actually matters anymore ,most of us are too busy making money to survive to see what really matters anymore..
The environment is slowly being killed off everyday by what is taken for granted as everyday modern life such as transportation[pollution]
the rainforests cut down for profit and the ice caps melting away that help keep this planet stable ...its easy to think that hey i am safe today and i got my life the way it is ..but tomorrow that could all change ...
Im just a musician who makes sounds that lives in its own universe but i still feel ive got a part to play to at least sing whats on my mind
