I’ve decided to remaster some albums and tracks that have already been released.  Just felt I could give them a different kinda sound...

I import the audio files into the daw and then usually load one or more processors of some kind (vinyl, compressor, desk emulations, reverb etc) on the stereo master buss. This is configured to colour, shape the sound.

I added to this track selection from Condor some tracks off Jean-Jacques Perrey’s Moog Indigo, I knew that this would would make the remist album length and felt that the tracks were complimentary going together as one piece.

For the remist I retitled Spies of a Feather, Flocking Together (Love Theme) to Spies of a Feather, Flocking Together (Love Theme II).

-This music, i.e. Condor opening tracks, makes me think of walkin' a New York pavement just after dawn, on a sunny winter's day, the feeling that anything is possible, because freedom is in the air....

But it also has an on the case feel, you know gettin' with it, gettin' onto it.....
