I was fortunate to attend the International Health Institute conference in London last month and there were sessions run by a woman so passionate and committed to change to improve the delivery of healthcare to the masses and I thought her partner would be so proud . . .

Wrote the title phrase on a birthday card and immediately thought  that's a 'song title'.  The first take of the vocal was a loose ramble but I just left it in - it seemed to fit.

We often do some quite elaborate percussion ensembles within our songs which can get a little buried under everything else we do. The aim of this release is to highlight some of the more interesting percussion passages in our songs, before you hear the songs themselves. 

Just thought it might be fun to feature these. 

This one has a drum kit, tabla, tambourine, finger bells, finger snaps and claps, and some crowd sound samples.
