It's difficult to spot who to learn from and who to flat-out avoid. The reason why is because much more people are more biased than it seems.

In this episode, I give a spooky mindset shift which may seem off-putting at first. I call this the guilty till proven innocent mindset.

Ironically, this mindset will make you more aware and astute about who you learn from.
