Our name and our logo symbolize our belief that every child is a TLNS…precious and unique, ready to shine and achieve his or her hopes and dreams.

Admission
The Lodge Nursery School extends enrollment to babies and children between the ages of 06 months and 04 years. After the initial application form is filled there is an interview with the family. Upon acceptance the child is invited to “visit” the class for as long as he/she wishes, as a warm-up before the full day to come. The Lodge Nursery School accommodates school age children during holidays, where they are given activities appropriate for their age. Children with diverse abilities will be considered for admission, when the Director determines that our preschool can meet the needs of the child without affecting care for the rest of the children.

Nutrition
We serve healthy, fresh foods, in the form of breakfast, lunch and snack daily. Moreover, a Nutritionist has been consulted and has provided simple balanced menus with additions of particular herbs, nut-powder and spices that are of immense nutritional value to a growing child.
We do not serve foods from the same category together. 

We plan the menu ahead so that we do not repeat the foods too often. 
We provide foods of various colors’ to make them more appealing, and to ensure the presence of different vitamins. 
We think about the texture of foods, chewy or smooth, to add interest to the meal.
We serve meals that smell good, as aromas are important in stimulating appetite.
We place the food on the plates so that items do not touch, and arrange it in a pleasing manner. 
We allow children to decide how much they will eat by serving moderate amounts, to be followed by second helpings if they want. 
We serve familiar foods with new foods, and introduce new foods one at a time to gain acceptance. 
We serve attractive, good tasting, interesting but simple foods that appeal to children. Bite-sized pieces, interesting shapes, small muffins and funny sounding names are just a few examples. 
Above all, we serve the foods children need to grow and develop.

Afternoon Kids Club
Using the space and facilities of the nursery, this afternoon club will be a welcome and safe reprieve for parents of young children who work late, or whose children are restless at home.
The Lodge Nursery School kid’s club provides variable edutainment programs; arts and crafts, music and singing, dancing (aerobics, ballet, folklore) gymnastics, reading, math, drama, etiquette (social skills)
These programs are tailored to suit the age and inclination of the children who attend, and follow the same structured sensory and motor learning stimulation detailed in the nursery program.
The club accommodates nursery and school children from ages three up to ten years. it functions three times a week, or five times a week. We also offer a similar enrichment program held in the mornings during school holidays.
Bus Service
A bus service is available upon request. Full safety measures are met with ample supervision. Our drivers are reliable and the buses are air-conditioned.
Our buses cover the districts of Pyramids’ Area . 

Visiting Physician
Twice a month, our Doctor comes to visit. You will receive a note pertaining to your child's healthy condition, or a prescription when necessary.

Health Care Activities
We also care to include in our themes health care tips and habits. For example there would be a whole week about dental care, another week about how to fight germs, and so on. These entail cross-curricular activities for most of the day.

Lending Library
The facilities include a lending library that contains books not only for our preschoolers, but for their older brothers and sisters as well. There are books to suit all ages, including family books that would be of interest to parents. All family and friends are welcome to subscribe.

Payment Policy

With regards to the payment of fees, here are some important points for your consideration:

Fee to be paid by Term.
Term 1: September – Decem
Term 2: January – March
Term 3: April – June

1. All payments should be made before the 10th of the first month of term; otherwise a 20% penalty fee will be levied automatically.

2. If a child leaves during the month, full fees will be charged. Fees and Registration are not refundable under any circumstances.

3. In the event of absence through illness or holidays, there is no reduction in the termly fee, irrespective of the number of days absent.

4. Children who are leaving for the Summer months (July, August or both) will be charged a Retainer Fee. The fee is calculated according to 15% of the monthly fee.

There are no exceptions to these school policies under any circumstances.

DAILY TIMETABLE

7.30am -8.00am
Children arrive, and after registering with a member of staff on duty, sit at designated tables to do puzzles, construction etc. Parents/carers settle children in.
8.00 am-9.25am
Blue table children go to benches for chat time/lesson session. 
Yellow table children go to small hall every day except Wednesday. Both Yellow and Blues join together in the main hall on Wednesdays for their chat/lesson session.
9.45am
Children involved in activity relating to previous session.
10.15am
Playtime followed by toileting and hand washing. This is followed by snack time. Children offered a variety of fruit and pour own milk/water.
After break, table top toys and other play equipment are put out and play continues. Weather permitting children will spend time in the garden.
11.40am
Tidy up time. Children encouraged to sort toys and place in correct boxes. Dolls will be dressed. Children will not move furniture or mats or enter the cupboard.
After tidy up time, Music session - songs, musical instruments, music and movement etc.
12.10pm-13:10
Story time.
13.10pm- 14.00 pm 
Home time - children are called to the door one by one as their parents/careers arrive. The children are marked off the register as they depart.

People don't try to bend nature to their will; instead people live "inside nature" - in sustainable balance and harmony. Individuals live authentic lives becoming who they truly are because extreme personal freedom is valued. Everyone is considered equal - except for the children - who are treated like royalty. There are no "adult children." Everyone develops from children to adults because children are never abused - only loved and protected and nurtured. 

Mission
To realize this vision,  our mission is to overhaul social values such that nurturing and protecting children is more important than all else. That means lying to children, exploiting them and turning them into economic slaves: ends now and forever.

I love to sing, dance, draw, write, act, do hair, cook/bake, and give massages.
I plan to go to college (in this order but not all at once) for masseuse, culinary, and cosmetology.

The Date Rape Romeos hail from Denton, TX.. they've been thrilling audiences with their heartfelt ballads & rockin' jams for the past 3 years.. they're about to release their first album "HEARTACHE, HEARTBREAK" on ASR Records, and they're proud to debut their BRAND NEW TRACKS here on Soundcloud, months before the album is released!! A SOUNDCLOUD EXCLUSIVE!!

In 2008, Lenny Heartfelt had a dream to create a rockin' garage band, and wanted to become the success that he always wanted to be.. Lenny had been recording his own music for years & years, but grew tired of being a nobody. So he decided to put an ad in the Dallas Observer, looking for musicians to assist him in his quest for stardom, and the people who responded sure didn't disappoint!! (Interesting note; Lenny still has a copy of that printed ad hanging on his wall, laminated.. a precious keepsake..)

The tale of how the DATE RAPE ROMEOS has become legendary, a solid part of Denton folklore.. First, Lenny met up with a 22 year-old knockout named Sheila Weir.. she wanted to play guitar for Lenny, but he really didn't think she was ready.. but they hit it off personally, and started dating..

Then, Lenny was contacted by an old friend from high school, Lewis Lou and offered to be the drummer for Lenny's new band.. Lenny agreed site unseen..

Louis also told Lenny of an incredible musician that he would always see hanging around Fry St in Denton.. one night, they approached the man, and asked him to come over and jam.. and they did, and Sam Shanks instantly became the rhythm guitarist for the DATE RAPE ROMEOS! At the time, Sam had just released his critically acclaimed debut album "Sam Shanks Sez," so that little touch of credibility was bestowed upon the ROMEOS.. Sam's pal Papa Don joined the cast too, helping out on backing vocals & choreography.

Then, Lenny discovered a female bass player who not only could rock, but could also write breathtaking lyrics that would later capture the hearts of dozens! Patty Graves because the next member of the DATE RAPE ROMEOS.. and suddenly, against the wishes of Lewis & Patty, Sheila was given the role of lead guitarist.. something that didn't quite sit well with the other members of the group.. they claimed she only got the spot because she was "fucking Lenny".. but Lenny insists that wasn't the case, and that they were just jealous.. especially Patty.. she knows she wants Lenny, but she's too bitter, and isn't attractive enough for me..

The fully formed band began rehearsals, and decided that the time was right to find a producer, and record they're first LP.. they met with many different people, and decided to enlist Vero Xen, legendary local talent, founder of Fringe Records, and leader of the New Revolt.. and the DATE RAPE ROMEOS went to Vero's studio, recorded the tracks for "Heartache, Heartbreak" and that was that..

So there, the DATE RAPE ROMEOS were born, starting a mini revolution in the Denton/Dallas area! Stay tuned, because the ROMEOS are about to BREAK OUT in a BIIIIIIIIG WAY!! :)
