I was slightly inspired by the atmospheric feeling of Metroid games when I made this, but what really kicked it off was the first synth.

I thought it`d fit a cold, desolate, barren land of ice, set in futuristic ruins or something, hence the name.

I tried to make the most generic song ever created.

Since I wanted it to be extra spicy, I didn't even mix it beyond the obvious sidechaining effect that gets overused all the bloody time. It's bloody raw!



I made sure that the buildup and drop were as generic as humanely possible, and even turned it into a generic type beat.

It even has house growls!

So I had a dream in which I was being invited into group chats and then kicked from them repeatedly, being treated like some kind of toy to play with. 

When I was about to wake up I heard the motif you hear repeating throughout the track, and decided to make something with it.

A song about being discarded like a toy that's outlived its use.

The Intergalactic Federation, A.K.A the Intergalactic Frustration, has started raising the price of air to unreasonable levels.

This is, of course, after cracking down on any illicit ownership of trees, known providers of oxygen.



They have decided however, in the kindness of their heart, to lower the price to barely manageable levels should one comply to propagating their lies and deceit far and wide.


Who are we to decline, our life is on the line.
