This music is taking me to another dimension!

Haunted Carousel - AKA "Scary Go Round" (couldn't decide for sure). My BOL entry (posted a few hours before BOL opens haha)

This song is intented to be glitchy and a little weird. The "artifacts" and clipping in the sound are very much intentional, most especially those that occur when bitcrushing or detuning with Vynil. I really like the aliasing from the bitcrusher so I chose not to filter it out.

This song switches between swung triplets (12/8) and a standard 4/4 rhythm. Although most of the parts are pretty certainly one or the other, there are a couple places where it is mixed. I use both the (dotted-8th - dotted-8th - 8th) syncopated "tuplet" thingy which fits more into the 4/4 rythm and a standard triplet in 4/4 rythm sections.

Mixing is okay, especially considering I didn't spend a ton of time doing it.

- TripleOscillator (for leads and some FX and even a hi-hat)
- Vital (for bass, wubs, growls, etc)
- SF2 Player and GeneralUser SoundFont (for honky tonk piano)

- Vynil: Vinyl record emulator
- Bitcrusher
- Compressor and EQ
- Calf Studio Gear Chorus and Sidechain compressor
