Crickets and frogs that I recorded on a summer night near Columbus, Ohio. Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states. This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones. The tone is B, 243hz.

These sounds were recorded mostly near Dacula and Atlanta, GA. The Binaural Beats on this go from a relaxed 6hz to a morning "wake up" of 10hz.  I have also just read that 10hz was good for stimulating the brain to release serotonin and good if you may be suffering from depression. Yahoooo...Enjoy!!
