Remarkably, 'Always Do' was the first time the two acts had officially collaborated. However, they have creatively crossed paths: a decade prior, Mat remixed A&B and Richard Bedford’s ‘Thing Called Love’.

A formidable live performer, Mat joined us at our label showcases in London, Miami and New York, plus Above & Beyond's Group Therapy Weekender festivals at The Gorge Amphitheatre and Dockyards London. A busy summer of touring culminated in a frenzied performance at A&B's sold-out Group Therapy 500 celebrations at Banc of California Stadium, Los Angeles.

In a surprise end-of-year treat for fans, Mat has returned with his first solo production on Anjunabeats in over two years. 'Astatine' is another explosive addition to his catalogue, ahead of more new music arriving on the label in 2023.
