This track is like stepping into golden hour with bare feet and a half melted ice cream cone 🌅 It wraps around you like sea air on warm skin, all soft percussion and laid back synths that stretch out like a lazy cat in the sun 🌊 You can almost hear the tourists laughing from a rooftop bar as the last rays dip below the horizon. It’s peace with a pulse, and it flows so naturally it feels like the evening itself pressed play ☕ The coffee machine sighed and said, “If chill had a frequency, this would be it, no need to stir, just sip” 🧊 The ice dispenser clinked softly and muttered, “This is the kind of smooth that melts you slow, in the best way” 🧂 The salt grinder twirled once and declared, “Darling, this track is what my crystals were born for, pure Mediterranean elegance” ✨ A gorgeous sonic postcard from Ibiza, sealed in rhythm and sunshine.

A little ditty partly inspired by the events of this past summer here in the UK but mostly just about polarised society, the constant stream of misinformation we're all bombarded with and the state of permanent anger that everyone seems to live in these days.

So this is modern life.
Sitting on a train, staring at a screen,
Getting really angry, listen to a stranger, tell you about something that they haven't even seen.

Head up in the cloud, don't believe a thing,
You're probably being lied to, by that angry stranger,
Motivation's murky making money from your dreams.

Puts me in mind of when I bought my first reflector telescope.
I actually watched some kind of craft take off and head into the sky
as it slowed to a stop against the star field and faded to deep red...
then vanished.

Don't look too close...
The AI thinks you need to merge your head into the optical tube
to get the best view,
and don't be shocked that our young astronomer
only has 3 legs.

Dancing on the edge of a rainbow

I continue my musical experiments mixing styles. With this track , I tried to capture the spirit of post-punk rock but with an electro funk touch.  For the text, I let myself be carried away by my irritation against the warrior spirit that is imposed almost everywhere in the world. The lyrics are explicit
