I have been very excited about launching this episode as today's guest has created something truly inspiring over a very short period of time. We recorded this show back in February at the Best Ever Conference in Denver, CO. 

Only 6 years ago (in 2014) I first met Frank Roessler. He and I became good mates, and ultimately Frank went on to tie up his very first 250 unit deal in Houston later that year. That deal was the launching pad to him quitting his day job and starting Ashcroft Capital.
