Past Present are a 3-piece Rock/Progressive band based in Shepparton, Victoria, Australia. Formed in November 2011, which is about the same time that the Slade brothers picked up their instruments for the first time, they have experimented with many different lineup formats, including a bass and drum 2 piece, which is how they played a lot of their live shows & recorded the majority of their debut album, but the decision was made in September 2015 to acquire Kade Hartley on Bass to stay in the official lineup. Bailey then moved to playing guitar to adapt to the changes. Kade left the band in May 2018 for personal reasons, and Past Present then took in Kyle Dyson, bassist of Jeffry's Cabbage. Going forward, the band are excited to have Kyle on board and are looking to further develop their sound and live show. 

Past Present are turning heads with their huge live sound, and fantastic overall live performance, scoring support slots with the likes of Clowns, Clint Boge, Born Lion, Batpiss, Captives, Sisters Doll & Bareback Titty Squad.

SIMON ADAMS entered into the world of house and tribal rhythms in 2000 . Inspired by the beats of Spanish house, he mixes new funky sounds to tribal rhythms and creates his experience by working on the decks in some of the most famous nightclubs across Italy and Europe such as,

etc etc. Although he has been on the turntables of legendary clubs, he still plays in Trieste, the Italian city that helped him to launch his career.

The Stop, one of Birmingham, Alabama's most popular bands, has spent the last 10 years developing a sound all their own. The founding members, Joel Kauffman and Beck Hall, have managed to created a unique & tight chemistry, successfully mixing the extensive and versatile stylistic backgrounds each brings to the stage. Many fans call The Stop's unique jam style "Rumble Funk,"  as even the group's most exploratory moments are often still deeply rooted in danceable funk.

Originally formed as a power trio, the group now performs in ever changing arrangements; anywhere from a trio to a sextet, depending on the show. Joel and Beck have featured many nationally & regionally renowned musicians from all over the country, and continue to hand pick their other band-mates to most appropriately fit each venue/crowd. The list of featured players includes members of The Jimmy Herring Band, Oteil and The Peacemakers, HoneyBaked, Pioneer Chicken Stand, The Black Jacket Symphony... as well as several university level music professors and local music teachers. 

The music created by The Stop has a sound all it's own, varying from funk, trance, and rock n' roll, to beautiful soundscapes able to change dramatically at any moment. Incorporating software instruments, samples, live looping, and effects, the unusual sense of free improvisation created by The Stop is truly one of a kind.. as is their continuous crowd interaction.

Beyond and above that, the whole Fluffy Pillow people should take note of this glance into the past, as well as of the coming decisions the present and future impose upon us.
