Rick Angel playing a deep and trippy blend of techno & acid.  Tacnival was held at  Tacnival in Eindhoven at the 16 of july 2011. A broad range of underground styles were presented at this miniature indoor festival, like dubstep, 8 bit, gameboy, tekno, acid, ambient, techno and electronics. This set was played at the chil out/acid room were people could enjoy a little less hectic atmosphere, still to dance and go on a little trip though..

He was selected as one of Montreal’s Top Beat Masters in the “Hour Magazine” and won a JPF Award in 1999 for the best song on a mixed compilation. But these marks of recognition are pale compared to the actual experience of being on one of his dancefloors. His current residencies include B018 Beirut, Circus Montreal, Cubes Abu Dhabi and previously 5 years at Stereo, Montreal. He hosts the global editions of the Ready Mix Sessions events (Beirut, Miami, Montreal, Abu Dhabi) along with the internationally broadcasted radio shows and podcasts. He has played all over the world from L.A. to London, New York to Ibiza, Dubai to Miami, Beirut to Toronto and around. His vibe is diffused universally across barriers of language and cultures. His most recent appearances include the Renaissance Event in Beirut with Satoshi Tomiie, The Creamfields Festival in Abu Dhabi with Sasha, Sebastien Leger, Marco Carola, Erick Morillo, Deadmau5, Underworld, Laid Back Luke and Calvin Harris, the Circus Event in Beirut with Steve Lawler and The Gatecrasher event in Beirut along with Anthony Papa.
