This short 10 minute meditation is designed as a powerful Nature Communion Ritual. It takes you deep into nature symbiosis, to unravel your nervous system, ground you and connect you in to the earth current.

Lammas is the perfect time for a nature enquiry to harness the magic of deeper connection and communion with Mother Earth, and to honour and celebrate the energy of this time.

Although we are sharing this meditation at the time of Lammas for using in a ritual honouring Lammas, (either a solo ritual, or as part of a group ritual), it is perfect to use all year round for anytime you wish to ground and connect more deeply to nature. 

!! Prepare your ceremonial cacao in a travel mug and head to a favourite spot in nature where you will be undisturbed. Begin by honouring the known custodians of the land and start with a simple cacao ceremony to connect in with yourself and awaken your heart, by simply drinking in love, as you sip your cacao!
