This short 10 minute meditation is designed as a powerful Nature Communion Ritual. It takes you deep into nature symbiosis, to unravel your nervous system, ground you and connect you in to the earth current.

Lammas is the perfect time for a nature enquiry to harness the magic of deeper connection and communion with Mother Earth, and to honour and celebrate the energy of this time.

Although we are sharing this meditation at the time of Lammas for using in a ritual honouring Lammas, (either a solo ritual, or as part of a group ritual), it is perfect to use all year round for anytime you wish to ground and connect more deeply to nature. 

!! Prepare your ceremonial cacao in a travel mug and head to a favourite spot in nature where you will be undisturbed. Begin by honouring the known custodians of the land and start with a simple cacao ceremony to connect in with yourself and awaken your heart, by simply drinking in love, as you sip your cacao! Lammas Nature Communion Meditation

Yule, the Winter Solstice, is a powerful time to journey in to the magic and mystery, to receive wisdom and guidance from beyond the veils. This guided meditation journey for Yule harnesses the stillness of the longest night, inviting you to take time for deep rest, reflection, and renewal.&nbsp;

It is dusk in the forest as you follow a track that leads down into the heart cave of the great mother. Night creatures are beginning to stir. The first stars are awakening in the twilight. The veils that lie between you and the great mystery are thin.

Take time to soak in the peace and inner nourishment. This truly is the necessary interlude to replenish yourself in the quiet winter healing magic, to receive guidance for this time of the cycle, or the next steps on your journey.

Yule is traditionally a time for us to take the opportunity to reflect back over the year, perhaps re-energising intentions whilst simultaneously letting go of the old to create space for the rebirth to come.

You can do this journey at any time, however, we highly recommend listening on the actual Winter Solstice if possible.
