"Every end has a beginning and every beginning is a journey. (N)ception was a concept created in the late winter of 2010 with Alexander "Snowflake" Sipp taking on the role of lead vocalist, Arcadio "Chamo" Boratzuk taking on the guitars and backing vocals, Jonathan "Fish" Hammond rocking the rhythm on the drums and Nicholas "Nikk-uh" Brown playing the low end as well as contributing backing vocals.

(N)ception embarked on their first show in March of 2012 and quickly began moving all around the state of Florida. Opening for national acts including Sevendust, Nonpoint, Spineshank, Sid Wilson of Slipknot, 12 Stones, Eye Empire and many more...

(N)ception works off one motto "One band, one wall of sound" creating systematic chaos on stage with a chemistry and understanding to push each other to the next level. "We motivate each other" says bassist Nikk-uh. It is through this and connecting with people that we are able to make an impact. We bring a little something different to the table which has helped us build a strong local fan base.

(N)ception will be releasing their debut album, "Letters of (N)tent" in the final quarter of 2014.The project was taken by Grammy nominated producer Chris Short from Alpaca Ranch Recordings in Orlando, Florida. The album will also be mastered in Orlando, Florida with Alex Spradling of Alpaca Ranch Recording taking the helm. "I am excited to release this album, I feel that it is really going to help define the (N)ception name and really bring back the genre of music that we play to the people" says Chamo, the bands guitarist.

The band has taken on a large magnitude of shows playing prestige venues all across the state of Florida including House of Blues in Orlando, Club Firestone in Orlando, The Roc Bar in Jacksonville and Destination Daytona at the Coca Cola Pavilion in Daytona Beach. In 2013 (N)ception was a part of the "Welcome to Rockville" festival held in Jacksonville, Florida. They were also a part of the 2013 "Rockstar Mayhem Festival" in Atlanta, GA playing with a large amount of national acts and large crowds. "I was really excited to play these festivals, we were able to meet such great artists that we all look up to and admire. The festival atmospheres are unlike any other they really bring together the community of musicians all to play for a huge mash up of different fans that you might not have ever had the opportunity to play for previously" says the band's drummer Fish

(N)ception is looking to expand their horizons outside of the sunshine state and doing an official East Coast tour after the release of their debut album. "We are a moving train and we are not stopping" says Snowflake. "We are ready to really put ourselves out there and show the world what we have to offer and prove to ourselves what we can offer to them in return, This is only the beginning for us". The band has recently signed with a new management company "The Inner Light Agency" under the wing of Damon Moreno. "I have heard nothing, but great things about the guy and with our conversations that we had previous to us signing, he just sparked my interest as a stand up person, something that is difficult to find in this industry. I just felt like he was really interested in the (N)ception product and where we can go with it. I am really excited to work with Damon for years to come and expand both the (N)ception name with "The Inner Light Agency" brand as well. There is nowhere to go, but to continue to climb and I feel we made a great choice in Damon to take that climb up the mountain alongside us" says bassist Nikk-uh
(N)ception is a well oiled machine that is ready to tear the roof off ! We hope to gain fans who will listen until the end. We all need an (N)ception... the journey begins here.

The House Cats… comprising of two great mates DJ’s Spark & S.O.S The House Cats are ready to rock and look forward to partying with you all very soon.

DJ S.O.S (Stefan Olly) – DJ experience 10 years, has played at a range of venues around Adelaide over the last 6 to 7 years including Salt Bar, Sol Bar, Pier Hotel, Cumberland Arms Hotel, Gilbert Hotel, St Pauls & Tequila Rea (5 years). He organised and provided the funky tunes in Sydney for a NYE party on an 80 foot Catamaran, and also organised and provided the tunes through the same promoters in a private tent at Oakbank Racing Carnival.

DJ Spark (Mark Bicko) – Has music in his blood learning piano at the tender age of 4 then studying flute in both traditional and Suzuki method. Playing in Jazz bands and big bands.
Spark is also a fully qualified sound engineer.
Getting in to the Promotions game early doing his first parties at about the same time he started DJing. 
Quickly he started to get gigs at clubs playing Drum and Bass such as Dreamers, Traffic and ran the “Move” nights at FAD café doing joint parties with the fringe dwellers crew. Supporting and promoting acts such as Stakka & Skynet, Greg Packer and Concord Dawn, plus many others.
Spark was then a resident DJ at the Gilbert st hotel for 2 ½ years. 
At the same time he helped run the Adelaide Beats Collective. Doing Breaks shows and Dj’ing at Sugar, Crowne & Sceptre, Mojo west, Electric light hotel and Electric circus. Supporting such acts as Meat Katie, DJ Hyper, Tayo, Agent 86, Nick Thayer, Blim, Merka, Elite Force plus many more.
He then started Residency’s at the Union Hotel and the Austral hotel for the last three years.
He has also played on Fresh FM, Soundpond.net and newschoolbreak.com several times.
Currently he is a resident DJ at the Adelaide Lawn Bowls club at Superbowl Sundays.

**LATEST NEWS UPDATE FROM VALIUM FM**  7TH JULY - 2013
Some one has emailed us at VFM  with an episode of valium fm that was  recorded  in 1914. 
 we are currently making the recording more audible as it is exactly 100 years old precisely to the day , in about 16 months or there abouts, roughly ish kinda so so since the recording was made..
its amazing how things have evolved from all those years ago. sadly some of the show didnt survive the test of time so there may be a few drop outs. thats a technical term apparently.
we are hoping to get the show online before YORKSHIRE DAY - august 1st
thats when all the crew of VFM will be doing an outside broadcast at Clitorus-Cove, tucked away on the Yorkshire coast-line.
we'll be judging some of the competitions at this great annual event; such as -
best flapjack.  best hand knitted carpet slippers,  guess the weight of the 3 stone piglet 
there will be special guest singers there on the day and this year there will be a first aid tent as requested after the trouble with the 
purple broccoli flan last year.
   there will be workshops on the day like - how to face paint with gloss paint -- and one explaining how sand is NOT a lubricant.
so hopefully the episode of valium fm from 1914 will be up before the valium fm road-show.

My name is Juba lee Kenyon.

	Ten years ago while I was raising a family, I was working a good self employed job, when my luck changed and I could no longer make ends meet financially.  The house we were living in got sold out from under us, leaving us with no where to go.
 Having only $1,000.00 in our pockets, we came upon a piece of land, 10 acres, for sale in the local news paper for $900.00 down and $500.00 per month. Knowing we had no income we took a chance and purchased the land. Thus leaving us with $100.00 left in assets we moved to the piece of land into a tent, my girl Michelle, our baby and I spent three years in that tent. We went through all phases of weather and conditions. Living on hot dogs, top ramen, and what I could hunt from the woods. 
We made our property payments by digging up old buried recyclables and cutting firewood. We spent five years without a water well until we met a well driller who brought water into our lives for nothing. Coming upon a fifth wheel trailer we had shelter. We  lived in the trailer for two years before obtaining a generator for electricity. Things finally were looking up for us.

	One day I was working on our land, scrapping the driveways using an old tractor. Ironically enough the tractor’s name is “Jubilee”. I drove up onto a soft spot on the edge of the road, atop a steep cliff, and the road gave out and down tractor and I went. The tractor rolled over with no roll cage and over me it went. I was severely injured. The tractor crushed seven ribs, fractured my scapula, collapsed both lungs, and covered me black and blue with bruising internal and external. The internal injury’s left me with serious upper and lower abdominal hernias. The Reach helicopter flew me out to Mercy Medical Center. There is where they had to induce coma.  After five days in this coma with my girl by my side I awoke. While in the coma I  had a vision and in this vision was a message. It told me I was to live and finish my host quest of getting my songs out to the world. 
I used to live for these songs and I had given it all up due to my obligation to the new property. After returning home, I was completely demobilized. Spending a year in bed I lost massive muscle mass, being unable to walk, move my arms nor did I have an appetite. It didn’t seem to me I was going to live at all. I couldn’t sing or play the guitar but I wasn’t going to give up. With the extreme help of my girl nursing me back to health, teaching me to walk again. Cooking meal after meal until I could eat. Bathing me and helping with all my bodily functions. She eventually got me to the point of working with myself,  with a lot of determination and will for the music, and a lot of love from family and friends. 

	Three years later, I am playing music and singing again. I have been writing songs all my life about my life and all the loved ones in it. Now it is the time to fulfill my life long dream of being a star.
The rest of my life is devoted to getting my music out to the world to hear. I am hoping to make something of my self and of the land we purchased; a nice home for my family. Most importantly I want to share my songs with the world. I want people to enjoy my music as I do. IThe doctors have determined I am unable to work again so my music is the only chance I have left to make something of myself as is why I have rebuilt my band “The Cross Connection Band”. Having all new players I am now ready to fulfill my obligation to my fans.

After ten years on the road, hundreds of shows and shelves of song-filled notebooks, Andy Zipf is taking a new name: The Cowards Choir.   “In 2009 I released The Cowards Choir EP. It was the first time I remember feeling like I'd found my voice.,” said Zipf. “Something changed.”   Two years later Zipf’s voice strengthened and expanded.  The “Jealous Hands” LP showcased this seasoned range and clearer vision. "As far as I'm concerned, Jealous Hands is my first record. My friend and producer Jeremy Griffith figured out how to capture the sound I'd been hearing my head all this time." He called it a “new direction”, turning down a bit of the aggression, tightening up melodies and honing his true to life lyrics.   “It took me a few years to figure things out. I'm grateful for the time I've had to chip away at some edges. Now I'm ready to begin again."   Zipf has always been committed to growth. "I never want to stop learning. I want to be a better singer and songwriter. It takes many years and miles…” He’s taken that ethic to stages and street corners across the US, and its not gone unnoticed. Zipf's music continues to surface on network television and in independent films, and has participated in campaigns with ONE and To Write Love On Her Arms.   Turning to the people, he has consistently utilized his fan-base to support tours, fund albums and share his story via direct social media connection.   Zipf rewards that loyalty with an unwavering commitment to creating music rooted in honesty. He gets on the floor at shows and sings from the back row. He turns the room into a cinema, coats every surface with colors and old film. Zipf doesn’t believe in playing music, rather immersing the audience in it. He is constantly looking for ways to create an experience that taps into equal parts rock and roll and big tent revival.
In August of 2013, The Cowards Choir released the Reunion EP. For this next chapter, Zipf enlisted long time friends and collaborators Ryan Walker (bass), Ben Tufts (percussion) and Adam Neubauer (drums). 

A year later, they have been featured on WAMU 88.5 Metro Connection, nominated as one of DC's best upcoming bands by Deli Magazine, and mentioned by Rolling Stone after backing up Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic during a surreal performance of Lorde's "Royals".

This summer, Zipf and crew went into Studio V just outside Washington, D.C. with Sound Masonry to record the COOL CURRENCY EP. The core of the songs were tracked live and the energy is palpable. 

COOL CURRENCY is set to release October 4 on iTunes, Spotify, Rdio, Noisetrade and most other digital outlets. It’s the sound of four friends making music together in the same room.
