Disquiet0529 Question 23

Probably the simplest piece of music I've made. 3 tracks of the same static noise, offset slightly in pitch to create a phasing effect. Resonant filters fade in and out over time to create a chord with shifting emphasis.

About a year ago, I made a couple songs every day for about a month. Uploading that backlog now. All recorded live to my Tascam tape deck.

Rest (disquiet 0548)

Simple spooky noise track. Two voice 40106 Oscillator powered by a starving 5V solar panel. One oscillator run into a frequency shifter, the other run into a resonant band pass filter. Both run through a ping pong delay and harmonic shifter, adding a fifth above the root. Played by putting my hand in front of the flashlight and limiting the power.
