A few Edits I've done this year. First one is originally recorded by the Brazilian group Afrodite Se Quiser. Second one is by Patricia Marx, a Brazilian Singer. Over the past few years, Chicago-born, Brooklyn-based DJ Eros has steadily refined an eclectic and singular sound steeped in variegated rhythms and leftfield sonics. With a penchant for all things warped and percussive, their unpredictable sets often snake through various genres and tempos, encompassing everything from mutant bass and drum-coated club to fractured techno, dancehall, juke, and more. These boundless interests spurred them to launch Ring Flip, a genre-agnostic night at Bossa Nova Civic Club that has played host to some of the most talented and individual DJs in New York and beyond.
