The Australian Army Band is made up of 11 separate bands, both regular and reserve, located all around Australia. Army bands can be found in each capital city as well as in Wagga Wagga, Townsville and Newcastle.

The Australian Army Band is tasked with maintaining Esprit De Corps among troops, as well as engaging with the community, and being the public face of the Army.

Bands contribute directly to the wellbeing of the Army and the community through participation in Military ceremonies and parades, Regal, Vice-Regal, Federal, State and Territory Government ceremonial functions, music education programs, concerts and community activities. 

I set up Tough Girl Challenges as a way of motivating and inspiring women and girls.
 
I interview inspirational female explorers, adventurers, athletes and everyday women who have overcome great challenges.
 
I completed the Marathon des Sables in April 2016. In 2017 I thru hiked the Appalachian Trail (2,190 miles) in 100 days. In 2018 I cycled from Vancouver in Canada to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico over 4,000 km!

Right Royal Roundup is a weekly Australian-based news podcast focusing on royalty and history, mostly from Britain, Denmark, Sweden and Monaco. The show was resurrected in February 2014.

Right Royal Roundup originally started as a radio show on TAFE Radio in Australia from July to November 2011, but migrated to Facebook, when the Certificate IV in Screen and Media finished. 

The show was resurrected as part of assessment for the Diploma of Screen and Media (Radio Broadcasting).
