EarthCry is Anthony Thogmartin’s solo music, serving as an outlet for his more "electronic" musical ideas, as well as a place to try experimental genre mashing, developmental frequency blending, and odd instrument combinations. Staying true to live roots, an EarthCry show can consist of any combination of live instruments, mixing, slicing, looping, and cutting overtop of arrangements that come out differently every time. All the while, electronic controls are always facing the crowd to encourage a deeper experience of interaction. His most recent release “Sun Path” “…emerges as an album meant for this moment. A soundtrack for the collective consciousness of today’s higher-level thinkers, intent on assimilating all of the old to push forth the new.” – Lost in Sound. Other notable musical outputs have been his debut album "Hear the Earth, Heal Yourself, Heal the Earth, Hear Yourself", a voyage into 6 solfeggio tones. He has also released 2 "Mother’s Mashups" which are combinations of 2 songs that mysteriously fit together in fun ways. As a beneficial operation, EarthCry also donates earnings to different ecological initiatives around the world.

Ages ago when all mankind participated in the practice of creating sonic vibrations, there existed two powerful mages. The pair had mastered the vibratory practice and could create quantum events by synthesizing sound from thin air, or disrupt space time itself by generating thunderous, primordial rhythms. Each tended to his own realm, though, crafting his own distinct sonic spells and offering them to the realm’s inhabitants. Soon, though, each became curious about the other and recognized the potential innovations in the vibratory practice that could come from combining their forces. 

After consulting ancient tomes of alchemy, they undertook an esoteric fusion ritual and bound themselves together, shedding their physical bodies and all earthly associations to become a formidable force of pure sound known simply as DeeZNauts. This entity has now traveled down through the ages to our present time to practice its spells on modern man. Its first offering is a spellbook, otherwise known as a “four-track EP” called, Disruptor, to be presented by Street Ritual on October 16th. 

The mages, known independently as DeeZ and Smigonaut from the mythical land of Boston, Massachusetts, have traveled in parallel lanes throughout their careers. They traffic in some of the same sound production circles, and they collaborated once before on the impressive tune “Moonlit Excursions”, also released on Street Ritual. The DeeZNauts project finds the best elements of each producers coming together in synchronous harmony. DeeZ offers the calculated fury of his sound design, while Smigonaut offers his prowess for manifesting melodies. At the same time, both producers are experimenting with their own sound and with each other’s, setting the stage for major stylistic innovation.
