I have many great memories about this weekend at Feel Festival.
This recording is one of them, which i want to share with you.

Thanks to the whole @hugrecords Crew, thank you Philippe for your invitation and your warm energy, thanks to the whole Fata Morgana stage crew and last but not least thanks to all the humans who stayed and danced despite the sudden rain and made this moment unforgettable.

Taking over the decks on Sunday noon, right after a sweet housy afterhour, I was ready for a lot—but wow, Acid Bogen, you really brought the energy again! Those 3 hours were absolutely wild. 😌

A huge thanks to @pauli-pocket & @foolik for welcoming me so warmly—you create a space where everyone feels at home.

¨Since I started making music, it’s always been one of my biggest dreams to play on the Mayan Warrior - and this year it became a reality. The gig got confirmed just a couple weeks before, in person, on the Wiese floor at Garbicz festival. I‘ll never forget this moment… Bursting of excitement, I’ve subsequently poured all my heart and energy into preparing for the week out in the dust and above all the set on that majestic artcar out in the desert of Nevada.

I wanted the set to be personal, featuring many tracks from artists who have played a significant role in my musical journey over the years as well as obviously some fresh new tunes from myself. In the little time I had left I managed to combine all that into the story that I got to tell on Wednesday night. Surprisingly zen, deeply grateful and content, I played this set surrounded by the sweetest bunch of people looking out in the colorful and bountiful sea of lights in front of me.

With all my heart I thank you Mayan Warrior, Rodrigo, Pablo, Amal and everyone else behind the scenes for your work, for creating such an impressive artcar, for endlessly inspiring me over the years and for letting me be a part of the Mayan story.¨

This is what I’ve been working towards lately, and I couldn’t have wished for a better time & place to share it for the very first time. Creating and playing this Live Set was absolute fun, and the entire process has been an incredible learning experience.

I am SO excited to share my set from Shipwrecked Festival with you today. Without a doubt the highlight of my last couple of months on tour and one of my favorite sets I’ve ever played 🫠

Sometimes everything just falls into place... 18.000km from home, the vibiest of all sunsets, surrounded by so many smiling faces, sandwiched in between some of my very best friends, the most insane curation from start to finish… I’m still speechless when I think of this weekend and all the joy that it brought me.

I’ve put quite some thought into this set and I think it all came together just right. I hope it brings you, my dear Kiwi’s, some heart warming memories of summer - and for my friends in the northern hemisphere, a little taste of what’s ahead of us 🌞

Thank you so much Shipwrecked & Logan Baker for having me and for facilitating one of the most beautiful and heartfelt festivals I’ve ever been to, thank you Sound of Silk for making this whole New Zealand tour possible and thanks Madhat NZ & Louie Carrol for making the humming hut hummmmm! 🫶🏼

I feel immensely grateful for the honor of closing the Organic Garden Event at Sudhaus in Basel after the incredible Jonas Fasching. This meant quite a few first times for me - but everyone was so welcoming and supportive that at some point during Jonas' set my nervousness was gone. ☺️

I hope this set is as enjoyable here as it was live! And there was no time to waste. Because of the change to summer time that night I barely had an hour...

Pius moves through the world of downtempo and electronica, shifting effortlessly between playful and beautiful to deep and juicy. He loves catching the crowd off guard with a track we all know from back in the day—only to pull them right back into his hypnotic flow. Becoming one with the audience is what he thrives on.
His sets tell a story, unfolding with light groovy tunes, building tension, and sometimes picking up in tempo—only to shift again when the moment calls for it. Sometimes the energy stays high, other times it slows down, diving deep into the full force of downtempo. It all depends on the vibe, the people, the night. Through his music, Pius invites everyone to connect—with themselves, the sound, and those around them.
