"Airbnd is a Manchester based DJ from Preston who loves scouting around for records. Regular at Sammy’s Bar as well as at Preston’s In:Libra he shares a passion for radio. In recent months he’s hosted shows on Noods, as well as provided a guest mix for “Kickin’ Pigeon’s Galactic Bounce” on NTS. Unhappy settling on a particular style or genre anything pretty much goes within his sets. He enjoys playing for longer periods of time and thrives of sharing the decks with friends and new people!

An hour of Italo disco, bouncy house and synth fuelled rhythms to accompany you as the seasons change and an air of hope for a potential third summer of love fills the country. A mix written and recorded back in May 2020 with still quite a naive outlook on the length of the pandemic, the mix was recorded to accompany the near ending of the pandemic, however little did I expect what the year to come held. Now in a position where the mix being released could really be truly reflective of the current time, it feels fitting to share something I am hugely proud of."

We invited Berlin based Acidfinky to join us for our upcoming episode. The German/Algerian DJ and producer is one of the co-founders of BLVSH, a feminist DJ collective. Together they aim at the diversification of the electronic music scene by curating interdisciplinary events and teaching beginners how to mix in the Refuge Worldwide studios. She is also part of Éclat, a Berlin-based producer collective for female, trans and non-binary artists. You can catch her on THF Radio with her bi-monthly morning show as well as « Twisting Knobs », which consists of DJ sets and interviews on topics related to music.

Born in Dresden, Roots in Vietnam, Berlin based. DJ HIỀN ĐIÊNs cultural background is multidimensional. And so are their tunes. They are proud part of 🔥🔊 Femme Bass Mafia ❤️🍒, a Berlin based FLINTA* collective. And their journey to electronically music started by listening to a lot of bass music as a young adult, when then they got to know different house and techno genres in the past few years. But they never felt quite home, until they rediscovered and deepens their true passion to bass music, but genre bending within the last years. They usually mix many bass genres as electro, dubstep, drum and bass, jungle, juke, footwork, hard drums, global bass, but also some other crosses their way. There lies a deep vibration and polyrhythm in the music they play, which connects their body with their mind and this is what they want to bring to the audience. A state of letting go and out of control, but focused listening and embodiment of music. And the vibration will take them on a ride, wild like the way from Hanoi to Ha Giang.
