Thank you SO much to everybody for all your support ! I've been on Soundcloud for eight months now, and these are my biggest five songs. That's eight months of writing songs. Please may I have a holiday now ?!!!
Interestingly, I haven't sung at home for a week (well, only 'We Are The Champions' this morning - for some reason that surfaced from the melting pot just after I'd finished playing sweet little piano tunes. Don't ask me why.

Horrors Of The Next Day - Fail Try And Fail (with Prnzokoshiro)

My punk arse needed to play something very raw immediately! Like right NOW! :) Gonna get bumpy and you've being warned! hell yeah, one minute (and now by persistent request two minutes :)! I bet it finishes earlier when you press a Skip button :P  

I broke 3 good guitar picks on my Yamaha electric bass on this outburst! and grinding the Fender Silver Bullet strings on Fender Strat, (couple of those on the cover art... ney I got more solid ones, but soft picks gave nice feel to jamn').  Played by me on Fender Start and Yamaha Electric bass. Used Line 6 Pod XT and B-52 LS-100 Head and 4x12 B-52 cab.

Thank you Tom. We've never even spoken, let alone met, so I've cobbled together a collage where we're having a chat :-)....it's a really old photo of Tom and makes me look a bit of a cougar, but actually we're around the same age :-) Sparks are definitely flying musically !!!! And I have a collage with a more recent picture, but I'm leaving this one on here and will use the other one next time............

A song I originally wrote and sang just me and acoustic guitar, then Donald Bell https://soundcloud.com/donald-bell-227867146 put some lead on it, thanks Don, then Lawrence Farr https://soundcloud.com/awrencearr did a different version with percussion, bass and 'stringy vox' and some backing vocals (la la la laa laa), and THEN Lawrence put the two collabs together, GO LAWRENCE ...... and here it is :-)

We're Interconnected - Bell, Farr and Cracknell

Lately I rummaged through my harddrive and found an old track I recorded 10 years ago. That was when I startet using a DAW to record. As always when trying out something new I did some blues chords and improvised over them. Now I rediscovered this old recording and my wife told me that it's not that bad ;).
So searched for that old daw-project and loaded it. Some of the plugins I used back then were missing so I added ezdrummer and a bass plugin, and a new vst-amp on the guitar track. I do not have the guitar I used anymore. I think it was a Washburn.
So, here's the result. As always, feel free to comment etc.

8 chords, people ! 8 !!! I think I’m allowed not many words ?! Same chord progression at the start as 'Speechless I', but no longer speechless lol. A few different chords in the bridge, I'd say it works. Will get a clearer version recorded with some bass and stuff, and a separate guitar/vocal track. I enjoyed the creative process with this one. I love the challenge of working out the words, chords, melody, the whole lot of it :-)
