Baltimore S.O.N. is an upcoming talent ready to showcase his music to the world. Hailing from Baltimore, Maryland, Baltimore S.O.N. has experienced ups and downs while pursuing his dream, but his struggles have fueled his fire and only made his music better. He is set to accomplish his goals and is determined to get where he strives to be.
 
Born Tavon Dyer, Baltimore S.O.N. (S.O.N. standing for Shining Over Negativity) started rapping at age 17. Growing up in Baltimore was rough for the rising star. There were very few positive role models, male or female to look up to. His father was a drug addict and was absent for the majority of his upbringing. His mother, an Evangelist, tried her best to hold the family together on her own, but it was a struggle taking care of him and his brothers. He knew what it was like to have no running water in the house, no electricity, no heat, and facing eviction time and time again. Although he experienced hard times, he rose out of it and in the same year he found refuge in music, he also joined the United States Air Force.

 While he actually started rapping at age 17, joining the Air Force in that same year was a bit of a distraction, so he didn’t really begin taking his music seriously until a few years later in 2004 while living in Japan. He began getting to work, perfecting his sound and craft, and completed his first project that year titled This Is Not a Demo. After his debut release, he remained diligent in pursuing his career in music. The following year, while still in Japan, he released his second project titled FaceMusic. While continuing to perfect his craft, a few years later he released his EP, Harm City. In the last two years, he’s released a mixtape, album, and an array of solid singles that caught the attention of many.

 Baltimore S.O.N.’s style and passion will solidify his spot in the game and is sure to gain him the respect he deserves. His lyrical, soulful, uplifting and gimmick-free delivery, along with his universal sound and experience make him stand out of the crowd. “I am Co-Founder of the UNIFIED NATIONS of HIP HOP which contains a roster of Emcees, Vocalists, Producers and DJ’s from the U.S., Canada, Germany, England, Latvia, Sweden, Japan and France, with the goal of putting out music on an international level that represents the diversity of the Hip Hop culture. Baltimore S.O.N. (Shining Over Negativity)

His artist name Clarance, was born on May 15, 1975 in Heerenveen, but then moved quickly to the Frisian village of Hallum. Already at the age of four showed the musicality of Clarance when he got his first drum. He might be mascot at the local band. Early age With this corps he earned two diplomas concert percussion. But Clarance wanted more. He went as Michael Jackson participate in playback shows, actually inspired by his sister, her solo career began with soundmixshow and talent end. Clarance was five years in the military. "To keep my head above water, I also worked as a bartender, among other things, the former nightclub Locomotion, I became known as the singing and dancing bartender Steenwijk. This period has given me any harm. So I include may sing a song together with Replay and I was allowed to participate in a performance of CB Milton in the local disco. But I was not quiet in Steenwijk. With almost every musician in this town has ever been. Sole musical touch So I got in touch with Nature vipers, a group of rappers from Steenwijk. After a few years I ended up in the band as lead singer Myngus. A contemporary band with rock / reggae / funky influences with their own texts. We were 'local heroes', but unfortunately this could not last long. The age difference was playing tricks on us here. "Clarance was afterwards involved in a number of projects, including as a vocalist in the acoustic lady's, the Melomaan, which soon the album comes out. "After that I heard as a vocalist and also as a vocalist with DJ Matt Styles. Currently I'm still active as a percussionist with DJs. But now I have decided to choose the solo part and do what I've always wanted to do. "

"There's hope again for Clarance"
In 2008, former resident of Steenwijk, Clarance van der Schaaf, his summer hit 'Holiday' charged. "Unfortunately this single did not make it." But now he scores with two new cover singles. 

After 'Vacation' broke a difficult period for Clarance. "I had to undergo major back surgery and received a prosthesis. I have long been unable to work and also for the future became difficult to maintain. "This job, he was rejected, lost his job and had to sell his house. "Then you fall into a black hole and you're at the mercy of fate." Clarance lived in Steenwijk 16 years and moved in 2009 to Zeist. But there is a glimmer of hope for Clarance. The 39 year old did not give up. "Giving up is not in my dictionary." Through his will, his faith in himself, there are other people to believe in him. 

Clarance, also his stage name, made some awesome cover singles and singles he wrote by himself. These songs are available for download at Itunes include, SBS 6, Spotify, Veronica and Net5. For many he is number 1 entered the top 10 downloads.

The singles are at Tv Oranje even arrived at number 15 and has reached the first place in the parade request. The songs in 41 different countries to be heard on the radio. It seems to him musically finally the wind to go.  Clarance his new song will be released in conjunction with a video clip. Written with his own song 'If you really want it "the beginning of August "The song is about the observance of your dreams.

Do not let anyone tell you that you can not do something. Belief in yourself is the most important thing and that has dragged me through the difficult time. I hope with this number to reach which are at the same point, or have been, and draw strength from this many people.

I have been flat out, since Monday I have shot a video, served 250 pancakes, picked up new cart, worked on the taxi, and obviously spent time with Isabella so I'm really sorry! "Ed Kurno is as Welsh as Tom Jones yet possesses the Latin twist inherited from his Chilean Mother!  The Pacha Recordings Resident has played across the globe; he has embarked on 3 tours of both South Africa and Asia and has also touched down in Russia, Luxembourg, Norway, Bahrain,
Portugal and Ibiza to name a few. Kurno has played alongside the likes of Eric Prydz, Paul Woolford, Danny Rampling, Yousef, Lee Cabrera and Mr C.  He has graced the decks in some of the most prestigious venues including Turnmills, The End, Cube (Moscow), Eden (Ibiza) Culture (Bangkok) and has resided with some of the biggest brands such as Miss Moneypennys and Pukka Up! 

Production wise Ed has remixed and released a number of tunes on the mighty Pacha imprint including the monsters "Freak" and "I give you Love", with his tracks featured on countless Pacha Compilations.  Away from Pacha Recordings, the Welsh Wizard has had projects signed to labels Pukka Up, Kingdom Kome Cuts, PornoStar, White Cat, Soundofnow and Universal.

 Positive Rising is Ian Ayers (vocals, guitar) Billy McIntyre (bass) Tyler Petershiem (lead guitar) Bill Ulsund (keys, vocals), Bret "Beo" Bailie (drums). A Seattle based Reggae band who's members have been rooted in the Reggae community for over 10 years.They formed in the summer of 2011 and they strive to bring a positive message put to catchy hooks and dancable grooves. They haved shared the stage with such acts as Natural Vibrations, Easy Star All Stars, Josh Heinrichs & Skillinjah, Kyle & C-Money of Slightly Stoopid,  The Movement, New Kingston, House of Shem, Fishbone, Ethan Tucker, Tomorrows Bad Seeds, and Josh Fischel as well as other local acts such as Valley Green, The Highlife Band, The Hookys, The Approach and Tribal Order just to name a few

     The band has been gaining a lot of traction recently in the local reggae scene. Their No Harm EP was a big local hit and they were the local headliner for the Homgrown NW Reggae Festival.
