Some of us are unknowingly handing the keys over to people’s opinions, unresolved hurt, or the constant need for validation. Others have bought into the lie that we are our own saviors, trying to heal ourselves through self-talk and willpower. But self can’t heal self. True transformation begins when we let the Holy Spirit govern our thoughts.
