The first 2 minutes of the track sounds a mess because it’s just an attempt to describe in an abstract way about psychosis. The track doesn’t really start until after the words are repeated over and over :- it’s in your brain, it’s in your brain which is around 2 minutes after beginning.  Because that is what psychosis is.  It’s all in your own brain and can be very terrifying at times. You want help but there is no one to help. You are all on your own. And after fear comes anger.
