Mr. Jose Q. Hollins, in his unrelenting pursuit of authentic creative experiences, has thus far paved his own way in the entertainment industry with music and film. Growing up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin opened Hollins’s eyes to the duality of grave injustices amongst the Black community, and also the heartbeat of creative expression coming forth from said experiences.
His attempts to reconcile the dissonance between hardship realities and his dreams of reaching across cultural boundaries has led Hollins to wholeheartedly pursue hip hop entertainment as his first love. He decided to embrace the nickname “Goosie” lovingly bestowed onto him by his Southern grandmother, however modified to “Woozie” which would become his on-screen persona. Collaborating with many other like-minded and gifted souls in Milwaukee, Hollins would often find himself humbled and challenged by peers.
These partnerships have resulted in the following accomplishments: Taydiego’s "FA NOTHIN" ft Woozie, “WHERE DA BOTTOM” by Woozie, “WHITE OR BROWN” by Woozie, and “WHEN WE GO” by Woozie. Furthermore, Hollins has established the brand ROYALTY NATURALLY STANDS OUT or R.N.S.O LLC, for the continued prosperity of Black voices in entertainment including his own. Ultimately, Hollins sees himself leaving a creative imprint on every corner of mass entertainment, print and motion picture media.
