Wagner past from the paradise of Sand Wash Basin, Colorado, to a land where horses will always run wild and free, unthreatened by overpopulation, starvation, disease or mankind. Somewhere in the vast land of Sand Wash Basin, the great pinto stallion Picasso also lay to rest. This song is for the two of them.
