I have been playing around with.....ii V I progressions and the Bebop A dominant scale. I call this one an Indie Dark Jazz flavor. Hope you will like some part of it and maybe hum along before it ends.....

Mixer: API 24 channel summing mixer (8200/7800)
Stereo Bus processing (API EQ and API compressor)
Final mix down to a MARA MCI JH110 1/4inch 2-track at 15 ips using ATR Master Tape. I used an input and output transformer to give some additional harmonic distortion......I just like pushing the buttons and watching the reels spin…;-)

Some songs take something special to bring them to life and in this case it is the Amazing voice of Finn Eces. Finn has a quality to his voice which is able to release the magic from a song and really express the message of the song in the Vocal with passion and beauty, very happy to have this collaboration with him. 

this song has been bugging me for months trying to get it to realize its potential and to get the feeling out of the song, i have already released  it under of the name of " Searching for your love" but i was never 100% Happy with it I hope all my SoundCloud friend agree that this is now a really Beautiful song. its a song about getting out and about in the summertime and looking for adventure as the title suggests its a group of memories and reflections on the way i see the world at the moment,maybe the restrictions on life we have had to face has woken something up in some of us and there is a need and desire to get back out there again

These are the first lyrics I wrote since Chris Cornell died. There are things I like about the last mix better, and things I like about this mix better. The Jazz Guy said fuck off because I took a few shots at mastering it (I maybe have done two tries with previous music), but in order for me to fix the real problems I'm having, I'd have to go back too many steps. If dude who did the music gets back to me with his mix, I'll offer to redo the vocals. I also have to get him to identify the samples for me.
