His Father constantly sang and mimicked Harry Belafonte and Nat King Cole around the house and thus his Aunt Daisy and Father Angelo has had a great influence on David musically. 
Armed with a diet of poets and songsmiths from Arthur Rimbaud and George Orwell to Elliott Smith and Jeff Buckley , David developed into something distinctively original and singularly identifiable.

Specialising in slide and fingerpicking David’s style is both fluid and forcefully rhythmical with powerful vocal that ranges from lush to gravelly.
In 1990, David charted at No1 in Ireland with band No Sweat, as their lead guitar player/song writer. Managed by Def. Leppard’s Joe Elliott. 
David recorded and toured extensively in the US and the UK on the back of No Sweat’s debut album recorded by Super Producer Keith Olsen (White Snake, Tom Petty and Fleetwood Mac).

B.L.O.W parted when drummer Mark Rich left to join the newly formed Skunk Anansie 
David’s solo acoustic career began and he accommodated a more punk-folk vision as the solo artist :    David 9 Lunas.

Now out of contract with Warner’s and Sony, David 9 Lunas has been honing his craft, playing for 6 hours a day, writing and gathering material and performing extensively throughout the UK and Europe.

	The Seychelle Elise story began in the Vailsburg section of Newark, NJ where she was exposed to different elements of the arts in her home. It was her great grand Aunt Tish who took her to see Alvin Ailey and Operas in New York City. Her mother and grandmother played jazz, soul, and R&B music around the house where a bright eyed and vivacious young girl discovered her passion for the arts. It was on her sixth birthday where she watched her hometown hero and favorite singer, Whitney Houston belt out her now legendary rendition of “The Star Spangled Banner” at the 1991 Super Bowl. “Watching Whitney sing literally made me cry. I didn’t quite understand why I was crying but I knew then that I wanted to move people the way she moved me. Her voice was and still is like nothing I’ve ever heard. And I was so proud she was from my hometown.” Seychelle has also been inspired by several other artists that include Kelly Price, Jill Scott, Sarah Vaughn, Kim Burrell, Cece Winans and more.
	By the tender age of eight, Seychelle scored her first solo in church before an excited congregation. By then, she knew this would be what she did with her life. “At that very moment, I knew that was it. Nothing gave me the joy that singing for the Lord gave me. And I was glad he gave me a voice to minister his greatness.” Following this youthful discovery, her family moved to East Orange, NJ which prompted Seychelle’s mother to enroll her in the prestigious Cicely Tyson School of Performing and Fine Arts. She quickly thrived as a vocal music major under the tutelage of Sandra Singleton Barnhardt and Nicole Barrow White. She became one of the choir’s leading voices and earned several solos during her time with the CTS concert choir. She soon became a staple in the talent shows where she would bring audiences to their feet and cheer wildly. Upon completion of her high school studies, she became a local superstar singing in various showcases, winning singing competitions, acting in musicals, and tearing up open mic nights throughout New York City.
 	After taking a break to get married and start a family, she got back in the game with a few high profile performances as one of the featured acts at Newark Symphony Hall’s “When Praises go up”  2012 and in 2013 where she also doubled as a background vocalist for Gospel recording Artist Donald Malloy. These days, she is hard at work in the studio laying down the vocals for her debut LP, “A Sinners' Prayer” where her and her husband/ producer wrote and produced the majority of the songs.  Songwriter Omie Trouvere has featured 2 selections of his writing on the album as well. Her sound can best be described as an eclectic mix of contemporary gospel, funk, rock, soul, and driving hip-hop rhythms. “I want people to feel good when they hear my music. I have a great time praising the Lord and I want other people to have a good time praising him when they listen to me. I even had a chance to get my sisters and my two little boys on a song with me. The record is fun. My younger sisters listen to a lot of today’s music and when they hear the album, they get up and dance. That makes me feel good because I want to reach the young people and minister to everyone I can. Fame was never my goal. But inspiring the masses through song and my own testimony is what I’m all about.” Armed with a voice as sweet as honey and a smile made for the camera, this wonderful singer/songwriter/actress is poised and ready to take center stage and move the soul.
