I fell back in love with songwriting throughout the course of the writing and production of this song and really enjoy the way the layers build (subtly making it known it really does build to have a lively and fun energy about it), and I hope whoever listens likes it too :) Please do give it a listen if you're reading this and see how it develops after just 1 minute. Left is about not knowing what the right decision always is, especially if a situation is not overtly bad or harmful, but still is not right, so you decide to leave, and the lack of animosity towards the person can make it feel almost worse.
