Father Time: As we approach our later years, we tend to take stock of our lives and mull over our past achievements and failings. When faced with the reality of our own immortality, we realise what is important to us and hope our eleventh hour will arrive with few regrets. We have to own our mistakes and while we still have time, try to make amends. This is a song about the desire to leave the ones we love in peace with a sense of understanding and ultimately... forgiveness.
