Been sitting on this for a while
I call these tracks rehab mixes because I am currently in a psychosocial rehab center.
I don't necessarily have all of my equipment with me so I'm taking the time to experiment and find my sound.
Sooner or later I will move to bandcamp where I can better personalize my page.

Here's a poem I wrote:

"As I wake to the morning sun
I see the content I had
Always longed for
The cold air kisses my skin
And asks how I slept
I tell her how I am plagued with nightmares
Yet despite all that
I am happy to be alive today
And she hugs my side
And whispers sweet nothings in my ear
As I hold her hand
Like its the last thing I'll ever hold
Our souls becoming one once again
Love is abstract
Love is pure"

A poem to go with this track:

It's been 8 years
And what has taught me to love
Still haunts my thoughts.
I thought by now
I'd be over you
Your eyes that told stories
Of a masterpiece only heard
By those you trusted.
Or your warm welcoming voice
Like chai served by angels.
Love is a funny thing
It may be parasocial in some cases
But even a presence
Can lead to longing
Untold in literature.
Although we are both different people now
You rediscovering life
And what it means to love,
And me fighting all my demons
Building myself with their remains,
I still find myself drawn to you.
Although I am completely different,
I am still a moth to a flame.
But I can't blame myself,
And I'm sure if you knew 
You wouldn't blame me either.
I have never felt romantic love.
All my relationships
Have been an unfair transaction.
Using my kindness for gratitude.
But there was you,
A pure sapphire in a sea of filth
That I had become a part of.
You treated me like a person,
How could I not fall in love?
But we were both kids
In a savage world that did not care about us.
How is anyone
Supposed to deal with anything
In that context?
Still, I see you are doing well,
And with someone who cares.
I have to say, I'm happy for you!
I'm doing well too.
It's been difficult,
But I think I'm getting it now
I wish you the best of luck,
Although I know you make your own,
And I pray you always have a reason to live
And a reason to say 'I'm ok!'
