Agreed, it will be significantly harder to build a high number of followers in the current version of Instagram rules and algorithms than it was when we first started. Pages can remain hidden in searches, unless you type in the full Instagram handle.

and that Sothebys post was a repeat, bragging it as their 'most liked Instagram photo of 2021', with the first time it was posted from February 2021 still being active on their page.
